Brian O’Grady, a foreign-born hitter who was released by the Hanwha Eagles on March 31, has shared his thoughts on the KBO.

O’Grady was a highly 꽁머니지급 touted hitter when he was signed.

After hitting 15 home runs for the Seibu Lions in Nippon Professional Baseball last year, O’Grady was considered a “long-hitting outfielder”.

However, his performance was disastrous. In 22 games this season, he batted just .125 (10-for-80) with eight RBIs and three runs scored. He struck out nearly 50% of the time (40 times) and didn’t hit a single home run.

In a YouTube video on Feb. 22 (KST), O’Grady said, “I have very good memories of Korea. The Hanwha Eagles fans were kind to me and welcomed me back. I was impressed by their passionate support.”

“I have nothing to say about the release. I was so bad. “When I went down to the Futures League for the second time, I got injured and realized I was going to be released,” he said.

He also praised the pitchers in the KBO.

“Ahn Woo-jin of the Kiwoom Heroes throws a really 메이저사이트 주소 good ball. He’s a very competitive player.” He also praised his former Hanwha teammates Moon Dong-ju and Kim Seo-hyun as “pitchers who have the potential to make it to the major leagues.”

Finally, O’Grady said, “I’ve had a terrible record. I’m sorry to the Hanwha fans. I will keep the good memories.”
