Hanwha rookie Moon Hyun-bin struggled to catch a pitch.

Go Woo-seok’s walk-off blast in the bottom of the ninth inning gave Hanwha a 6-5 victory over LG in Daejeon on Monday. After being 메이저사이트 swept in a midweek three-game series against Doosan, Hanwha turned things around with a thrilling win over second-place LG.

In a game of back-and-forth battles, LG took a 3-0 lead in the top of the third inning thanks to an RBI single by Moon Sung-joo and an RBI double by Austin.

Hanwha fought back in the bottom of the sixth, scoring one run on a Chae Eun-sung single with runners on first and second and tying the game at 3-3 on a Choi Jae-hoon push single and a Moon Hyun-bin grounder.

Moon’s unfortunate defense came in the top of the seventh inning with the score tied at 3-3.

With the bases loaded and two outs, Kim Hyun-soo took a four-pitch pitch from reliever Kim Bum-soo and hit it up the middle.

Moon Hyun-bin, who was leaning toward left field, flew out to catch the ball, but it hit the front of his glove and went sideways. The runner from second came home, making the score 4-3, LG’s lead.

Moon expressed his disappointment at not being able to catch the ball. He slammed his glove down on the ground, stood up straight, and slapped the ground with both hands.

The competitive rookie’s anger baffled Lee Jin-young, who was on the sidelines. Moon had made a disappointing defense the day before (Aug. 8) against Jamsil Doosan. He missed the drop zone of a short fly hit by Hong Seong-ho and failed to catch the ball.

Hanwha was able to get out of the ensuing jam and ended the inning with a single run in the seventh. Moon Hyun-bin’s face was grim as the disappointing defense lingered in his mind.

It was his teammates who embraced him. Hanwha’s teammates who greeted him in front of the dugout all extended their hands to greet him, and coaches Jeon Sang-ryeol and Choi Yoon-seok, who are in charge of the defense, also rushed to the youngest player and hugged him.
